Delivery & Returns

You can check online the shipping and handling costs for your order based on its total weight.

Please view your cart and click on "Estimate shipping & Tax" by filling country destination and postcode.

Depending on your location you will see all available shipping options for your address. We are updating our shipping rates on a monthly basis for every country worldwide to ensure that we are offering the most competitive shipping costs. Our fulfilment partner enables us to provide you with services among a wide variety number of couriers.

Please note that Standard Priority Airmail service offered, is not a Signed & Tracked service. It may take up to 20 days to reach some countries depending on customs clearance procedures (Non EU countries) and speed of Postal services in your area (EU countries). We will not be able to track your package in case there is a  delay. Orders are processed by a fulfillment partner (Logistics) and we are able to provide a monthly shipping report as a proof of ship date. We cannot accept any responsibility for items lost in the post .  Please ask for Signed service quotation if you think that postal service is not safe in your area.
 

We strongly recommend customers to select tracked over regular (Standard Priority Postal Services), especially when ordering expensive items. Wsurf.eu accepts no responsibility for delays or un-received mail parcels sent without tracking.

Please note that with the Euro-Plus shipping option, tracking numbers are not available at the time of processing the item, these are available internally to our fulfillment partner 24-48 hours later to track parcel on (by exception) but not able to advise the customer at the point of dispatch. You may select Tracked and Signed service to be advised for tracking number at that point.

If you are not satisfied with shipping costs quoted automatically (for parcels over 2 kgs), you may select "Request shipping quote" and we will come back to you with a more competitive rate based on the total value, weight and volume of your order. You may of course cancel the order if you are not satisfied with our quotation.

We are happy to ship Worldwide.

If you need a different service than those available online or shipping cost is not calculated automatically, please contact us to work out shipping for you.

Feel free to contact us also if you think that quoted cost is too high. We may be able to give you a discount depending on the volume of your package.

RETURNS

Should the product not meet your requirements then you can use your right to return or exchange – this means simply send the product back in unused condition within 14 days of receipt.

In case your order qualified for a free (discounted) shipping or delivery cost, actual shipping/delivery cost would be deducted from your refund.

All return postage & delivery charges are payable by the purchaser. Please contact us if you are not sure, what's the cost.

Please ensure that you return products with sufficient postage. We recommend you, to inform yourself about the delivery costs at the post office or other Courier service, so you can find the best and cheapest delivery service for your return. The delivery costs will be refunded to you should we have made a mistake or the product was damaged during delivery, or the product is faulty.

Returning process:

• Inform yourself about the delivery costs at the post office or other Courier service
• Take the cheapest way to send the package back and get sure that the postage is paid
